中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水46例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:将78例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组32例。2组均采用利尿西药治疗,治疗组加服益气养阴,健脾利水为主兼以活血软肝理气之中药,1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组显效32例,有效12例,总有效率为95%;对照组显效13例,有效11例,总有效率为75%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Curative Effects on the Treatment of 46 Cases of Hepatic Hydroperitoneum with the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of hepatic hydroperitoneum with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods: 78 hepatic hydroperitoneum patients were divided into a test group of 46 patients and a control group of 32 patients with random sampling. The two groups were treated with diuretic medicine equally- but the test group was added with traditional Chinese medicine that has the functions of supplementing qi and replenishing yin- invigorating spleen to increase secretion of urine and promoting blood circulation to soften liver and regulate flow of qi. One month is a course of treatment. The treatment lasted two courses. Results: In the test group- 32 patients had remarkably effectiveness-12 were effective- and the total effective rate was 95% while in the control group- 32 patients had remarkably effectiveness-11 patients were ineffective- and the total effective rate was 75%. The difference of the comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of the hepatic hydroperitoneum patients with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is superior to that of single western medicine.
