| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对自身免疫性溶血性贫血治疗的认识，方法：复飞国内外有关自身免疫性溶血性贫血治疗的文献，作一初步总结、综述。结果：自身免疫性溶血性贫血是一种通过免疫反应导致的疾病，其治疗应积极寻找病因，溶血性贫血可望纠正，早期足量的皮质激素是首选方法。大剂量免疫抑制剂对激素、人血丙种球蛋白和切脾无效病例可获安全缓解。结论：皮质激素和免疫抑制剂的联合应用可提高自身免疫性溶血性贫血的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve recognization of treatment to autoimmune hemolytic anemia.Methods:Reviewing the literature of treatment of AIHA in and abroad,then initally concluding and recapitulating.Res u lts:AIHA is a kind of disease caused by immune reaction,and we should lood for t he therapy of it,Giving early sufficient adrenal cortical bormone is primary met hod.by a large dose of immune-inhibitor can be heal all the cases invalidated to hormone,Intravenous Gamma globulin and removal of spleens.Conclutions:Combined adrenal cortical hormone and immune-inhibitor can obviously improve the rates of cure. |
