| 摘 要： | 目的：观察葛花露对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法：采用大鼠在体心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型。结果：预防性静注葛花露可显著降低大鼠再灌注心律失常发生率与心律失常严重指数，抑制心脏功能的恶化，降低心肌组织中丙二醛含量与血清中乳酸脱氢酶的水平，保护心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶及ATPase的活性。结论：葛花露对大鼠实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Puerariae Flos Essence (PFE) on myocardial ischemia -- reperfusion in rats. Methods The experimental model was established by ligaturing coronary artery for 30 minutes and then by superfusing for 60 minutes in rats. Results By means of prophylactic intravenation of PEE. the morbidity of roperlusion arrhythmias and arrythmias severity index (ASI) were significantly decreased, deterioration of myocardial function inhibited, the ament of malonaldehyde in myocardial tissue and the level of lactate dehydrogenase in sera decreased. and the activity of superokide dismutase and ATPase in myocardium protected. Conclusion PFE might have a protective effect on the damage of myocardial schemia - reperfusion in rats. |
