手术联合中药治疗椎体肿瘤合并脊柱后凸临床观察

目的：观察后凸成形术联合中药治疗椎体肿瘤合并脊柱后凸的临床疗效。方法：将椎体肿瘤合并脊柱后凸患者120例随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，观察组患者经后路肿瘤切除加后凸成形术并联合中药治疗；对照组经后路肿瘤切除术加钉棒固定椎间融合器植骨融合术治疗，观察2组患者手术相关指标、椎体功能、融合情况以及手术相关并发症情况。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后卧床时间、Cobb角、并发症例数均明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后椎间隙高度、椎体融合率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：后凸成形术创伤较小、并发症少，联合中药治疗对椎体肿瘤合并脊柱后凸具有积极的治疗意义。

Clinical Observation on Percutaneous Kyphoplasty and Herbs in Treating Vertebral Tumor Complicated with Kyphosis

Objective： To discuss curative effects of percutaneous kyphoplasty and herbs in treating vertebral tumor complicated with kyphosis. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were administered with tumor excision by posterior way, percutaneous kypho-plasty and herbs; the control group administered with tumor excision by posterior way, screw-rod fixation, interbody cage and fusion, operation related indexes, vertebral function, fusion condition and operation related complications of both groups were observed. Results： The observation group was less than the control group in operation time, bleeding amount in the surgery, postoperative drainage, postoperative bed rest time, Cobb angle and the cases of complications obviously; the observation group was notably higher than the control group in the height of Interverte-bral space and vertebral fusion. Conclusion： Percutaneous kyphoplasty, with minor wounds and a few complications, combined with herbs shows positive therapeutic significance to the patients with vertebral tumor and kyphosis.
