防风感冒颗粒解热抗炎作用的药效学研究

摘    要:目的:探讨防风感冒颗粒的解热和抗炎作用。方法:采用脂多糖(LPS)致兔发热模型和干酵母致大鼠发热模型,观察防风感冒颗粒的解热作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀模型,检测炎症组织中PGE2的含量,观察防风感冒颗粒的抗炎作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,防风感冒颗粒能显著降低LPS致兔发热模型和干酵母致大鼠发热模型的体温(P<0.05),能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀的炎症反应(P<0.05),并能减少炎症组织中PGE2的含量(P<0.05)。结论:防风感冒颗粒具有良好的解热和抗炎作用。

Study on Relieving Fever and Anti-inflammatory Pharmacodynamics of FangFeng GanMao Granules

Abstract:Objective: To observe relieving fever and anti-inflammatory effects ofFangFengGanMaogranules. Methods: The rabbit model with fever was established with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and rat model suffering from fever by dried yeast, relieving fever ofFangFengGanMaogranules was investigated; mice with ear swelling were caused by dimethylbenzene and rats with toe swelling by albumen, the contents of PGE2 were detected in the inflam-matory tissue to observe anti-inflammatory effects ofFangFengGanMaogranules. Results: Compared with blank control group, the granules could obviously decrease the temperature of rabbit model suffering from fever induced by LPS and rat with fever induced by dried yeast (P〈0.05), inhibit inflammatory reaction of mice with ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and rat with toe swelling caused by albumen (P〈0.05), and reduce the contents of PGE2 in the inflammatory tissue (P〈0.05). Conclusion:FangFengGanMaogranules possess better effects of reliev-ing the fever and anti-inflammation.
