少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

目的：观察少腹逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将126例慢性盆腔炎患者中60例应用中药少腹逐瘀汤联合西药治疗，设为观察组，其余66例患者应用西药治疗，设为对照组，比较2组的疗效及2组患者治疗前后腰骶酸痛、白带异常、月经失调、下腹痛的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率达93.7%，明显高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6.317，P＜0.05）；2组患者治疗后腰骶酸痛、白带异常、月经失调、下腹痛例数明显少于治疗前，且观察组明显少于对照组，组间及组内比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎能明显改善患者的临床症状。

Clinical Observation on ShaoFuZhuYu Decoction in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective： To survey curative effects ofShaoFuZhuYudecoction in treating chronic pelvic inflam-matory disease（CPID）. Methods： All 126 CPID patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases of the observation group adoptedShaoFuZhuYudecoction and western medicine, 66 cases of the control group received western medicine, the improvements of clinical symptoms including lumbosacral pain, abnor-mal leukorrhea, dysmenorrhea, lower abdominal pain, clinical effects of both groups were compared between before and after treating in three months. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group reached 93.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （χ2=6.317,P〈0.05）; the cases suffer-ing from lumbosacral pain, abnormal leukorrhea, dysmenorrheal and lower abdominal pain after treating were less than these before treating in both groups, the cases of the observation group were less than these of the control group significantly, the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ShaoFuZhuYudecoction is effective in treating CPID, it could evidently improve clinical symptoms of the patients.
