大学生完美主义与竞争的相关分析

目的探讨大学生完美主义与竞争心理的关系,为合理引导其竞争行为提供科学依据。方法对曲阜师范大学和山东大学760名大学生进行完美主义及竞争人格量表的测试。结果文、理科大学生在完美期待、条理性因子上差异均有统计学意义,男、女大学生在高标准、自省、担心错误与条理性因子上差异有统计学意义,独生与非独生子女在担心错误、条理性因子上差异有统计学意义,城、乡大学生在自省因子上差异有统计学意义,上述变量在竞争心理的各个因子上差异均无统计学意义。担心错误与完美期待对过度竞争有显著的预测效用,高标准与条理性对竞争的自我成长因子有显著的回归预测效用,高标准、担心错误与完美期待对竞争的超越他人有显著预测效用。结论完美主义在不同人口特征上的差异有统计学意义,并能有效地对竞争因子进行预测。

The correlation between competition and perfectionism in college students

Objective To explore the relationship between competition and perfectionism in college students,to provide a scientific basis for guiding competitive behavior reasonably.Methods A total of 760 college students form Qufu Normal University and Shandong University were investigated by using multi-dimension Perfectionism Scale and Personality Inventory of Competition.Results There was statistical significance in perfect expect and organization of arts and science college students;there was statistical significance in high standard,introspection,concern over mistakes and organization of male and female college students;there was statistical significance in concern over,organization of only and not-only-child;there was statistical significance in introspection of urban and rural students;but there was no statistical significance in factors of competition of the above variables.Concern over mistakes and perfect expect had significant forecast on the excessive competition,high standard and organization had significant forecast of regression on competitive self-growth,high standard,concern over mistakes and perfect expect had significant forecast on exceeding others in competition.Conclusion Perfectionism had statistical significance difference in different population characteristic,and could forecast factors of competition effectively.
