多索茶碱、尼可刹米、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射剂配伍稳定性研究

摘    要:目的考察多索茶碱、尼可刹米、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射剂的配伍稳定性。方法观察及测定3种注射剂在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后室温下8h内的外观、不溶性微粒及pH值;用高效液相色谱法测定含量变化。结果配伍液8h内的外观色泽、不溶性微粒均无明显变化,pH值略有变化。配伍液中各主药含量8h内保持在90%以上,无新物质产生。结论多索茶碱、尼可刹米、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射剂在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后室温下8h内质量基本稳定。

Abstract:Objective To study the compatible stability of doxofylline, nikethamide and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection, Methods The changes in appearance, insoluble particles and pH of the mixture of 3 injections in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection within 8 h at room temperature were observed, and the content change of it was determined by HPLC. Results Compared with the solution before mixing, no significant changes were noted in color, clarity and particles within 8 h. The pH changed slightly. Doxofylline, nikethamide and methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the solution kept above 90%, and there was no new substance generated, within 8 h. Conclusion The mixture of doxofylline, nikethamide and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection is stable in quality within 8 h at room temperature.
