| 摘 要： | 目的:对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者进行行为干预和手术治疗疗效对比,并探讨合理的治疗方法。方法:将45例OSAHS的肥胖患者随机分为手术组和行为干预组,手术组患者接受腭咽成形手术,行为干预组接受6个月行为干预,在干预后第3个月和第6个月分别对两组患者的睡眠监测指标进行比较评价。结果:在干预第6个月对两组患者的睡眠监测指标进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对以肥胖为病因的OSAHS患者进行行为干预可达到与手术治疗相似的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of a behavioral therapy program and surgery therapy on patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method 45 obese patients with OSAHS were assigned into surgery group or behavioral therapy group.The surgery group patients were underwent uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) and the intervention group patients were underwent 6-months behavioral therapy.Index of polysomnographic were valued at 3 months and 6 months after intervention delivered.Results At 6 months after treatment,there was no significant difference of index of polysomnographic between surgery group and behavioral therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusions To the obese patients with OSAHS,the effect of behavioral therapy is similar with surgery therapy. |
