肿瘤患者介入术后心电监护应用与护理方式转变

目的：探讨肿瘤患者行动脉插管灌注化疗介入术后应用心电监护必要性和护理方式转变的意义。方法：对120例行介入术后的患者随机分为两组，一组按既往单纯人工监测生命体征的方法监测数据，另一组为术后进行6h心电监护监测数据，均以每隔1h为一统计时段，分别观察心律失常、心电图异常（主要是S—T改变）、血压变化和临床症状情况。结果：心律失常、心电图异常、血压异常均有一定比例发生，其发生率均呈时间递减，第6h已基本正常稳定。人工监测平均每位病例要测血压、听心率、数呼吸各12次，如有心律失常则要多次描心电图，工作量很大且数据不准确，异常发现率明显偏低。结论：肿瘤患者介入术后护理上从单纯人工监测生命体征，转变为结合术后进行心电监护，明显减少护理工作量，能更及时准确发现心律失常、心电图异常及血压异常等并发症，提高护理质量，降低医疗护理风险，具有一定临床实用意义。

Application of ECG Monitoring to Cancer Patients after Interventional Treatment and Changes in Nursing Model

Objective： To investigate the necessity of ECG monitoring in tumor patients after arterial infusion chemotherapy and the significance of changes in nursing model. Method： ECG monitoring in 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups after interventional treatment, data in a group were receied by past pure manual vital signs monitoring, and the another group were receied by ECG monitoring data for six hours, 1 hours for a statistical interval, the situation of arrhythmia, abnormal electrocardiogram（ ST segment mainly）, changes of blood pressure and clinical symptoms were observed. Result： The arrhythmia, abnormal electrocardiogram and abnormal blood pressure has occurred in a certain proportion, the incidence was decreased with time, and it has been basically normal and stable in the sixth hour. To manual monitoring, there were 12 times to measure blood pressure, heart rate and breathing of the average cases, ECG tracing would be repeated if arrhythmia, it was under heavy workload, and the data were not accurate, founding low abnormality rate. Conclusion： Nursing model to tumor patients by pure manual vital signs monitoring changing into a combination of ECG monitoring reduced the nursing workload, It could be found complications such as arrhythmia, ECG abnormality and abnormal blood pressure more accurately and timely, improved quality of nursing and reduced medical risks, there were certain clinical and practical significance.
