摘    要:目的:测定不同产地广地龙中次黄嘌呤的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Inertsil ODS- EP柱,流动相:水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(93:7:0.05),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果:次黄嘌呤的平均回收率为98.6%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.50%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于不同产地广地龙中次黄嘌呤的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the content of hypoxanthine in Pheretima aspergillum from different habitats. Method: A RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Inertsil ODS-EP. The mobile phase was H2O-CH3OH-C4H8O(93: : 7: 0. 05 ). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The average recoveries for hypoxanthine was 98. 6% , precision of the method was 0. 50% ( RSD, n = 6). Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the content of hypoxanthine in Pheretima aspergillum from diffrent habitats.
