心脉胶囊对糖尿病合并心肌缺血大鼠胰岛素抵抗致心肌损伤的影响

目的观察心脉胶囊对糖尿病合并心肌缺血模型胰岛素抵抗致心肌损伤的影响,探讨其确切的作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素注射并结扎左冠状动脉复制糖尿病性心肌缺血大鼠模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、假手术组及各治疗组。观察对血糖、糖化血清蛋白、血清胰岛素及胰岛素敏感指数的影响;心电图及心肌病理形态学变化。结果中药各剂量均能不同程度降低血糖、糖化血清蛋白、胰岛素水平,提高胰岛素敏感指数(P<0.05),修复心肌病理损伤及改善心肌缺血。结论心脉胶囊通过改善胰岛素抵抗,进而对缺血损伤心肌起到一定的保护作用,并有量加效增的趋势。

Effects of Xinmai Capsule on Myocardial Injury Caused by Rat Insulin Resistance Due to Myocardial Ischemia with Diabetes

Objective To observe the effects of Xinmai Capsule on cardiac injuries secondary to insulin resistance due to myocardial ischemia in diabetic rats and examine its mechanisms of action.Methods Streptozotocin was injected into the left coronary arteries of myocardial ischemia and diabetes rats.The left coronary arteries was subsequently ligated.Rats were divided into sham group,model group,high-dose group,medium-dose group and low-dose group,mindiab group,and compound salvia group.The effects on blood glucose,glycosylated serum proteins,serum insulin and insulin sensitivity indexes were observed,respectively.Its effects on ECG and pathological changes in rat models were also examined.Results All dosages of the capsules could reduce blood glucose,glycosylated serum proteins,and plasma insulin.They could enhance the sensitivity index of insulin and repair myocardial injuries.They could also improve the myocardial ischemia.Conclusion Xinmai Capsule could protect the injured myocardia caused by ischemia through improving insulin resistance.It tended that better effects could be obtained with the increased dosages.
