| 摘 要： | 定量分析了１０３例法乐氏四联症和４３例正常人心电向量图ＱＲＳ环变化并用其估测右室压力。结果显示：ＱＲＳ向量环方位较振幅更有意义，ＱＲＳ环运行方向、最大向亡方位、中晚期向量振幅及方位随右室压力增高而明显变化。动态监测心电向量图可估测右室压变化。

| Abstract: | Quantitative analysis of QRS vector loop of 103 patients
with tetralogy of fallot together with 43 healthy children and(2)prediction of right ventricular
pressure of patientswere studied in this thesis,The results showed that the QRS vector
directions were more sig-nificant than the magnitudes. While right ventricular pressure
increased,orientation of theQRS loop,direction of the maximum QRS vector,the magnitude and
direction of the middleand late period of the QRS loop changed markedly.Serial monitoring of
vectorcardiogramcould be used to evaluate right ventricular pressure changes of tetralogy of
Fallot. |
