| 摘 要： | 纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1(PAI-1)是一种单链糖蛋白,起抑制纤溶活性的作用。2型糖尿病患者由于高血糖、脂代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗等因素,血浆PAI-1水平升高,纤溶活性下降,易致大血管病变,故降低血浆PAI-1水平可作为防治2型糖尿病及大血管病变的研究方向。文章通过对纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1的基因、来源、调节因素等多方面加以综述。

| Abstract: | Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) is a single strand glycoprotein,which can inhibit plasminogen activation.Because of many factors including hyperglucosemia,abnormal lipid metabolism,insulin resistance and so on,Patients with type 2 diabetes had increased level of plasma PAI-1 and decreased activity of fibrolysis,which will result in macroangiopathy.So,decreasing the level of PAI-1 can be considered as the study direction in preventing type 2 diabetes and its macroangiopathy.This article reviews PAI-1 about its gene,source,regulatorty factors and so on. |
