延吉市社区老年人口腔卫生保健状况的调查研究

目的：调查延吉市社区老年人口腔卫生保健情况，为社区老年人口腔卫生保健有关措施提供依据。方法：根据WHO推荐的调查内容进行问卷调查。结果：调查结果显示延吉市社区老年人群的口腔保健常识、口腔保健态度、口腔保健行为以及自我口腔健康状况评价等方面都比较低。结论：延吉市老年人口腔保健健康状况较差，自我保健知识匮乏。口腔医务工作者必须加强对老年人的口腔卫生保健宣教，提高他们的健康水平，改善他们的口腔保健意识和行为。

Investigation on oral health care situation of senior citizen in communities of Yanji city

Objective The authors investigated the oral health care situation of senior citizens in communities of Yanji city, in order to provide basis for making oral health care measures for senior citizens. Method Questionnaire survey was carried out according to the recommendation investigation content of WHO. Results The results of this study showed that the senior citizens were short of general knowledge, attitude, behavior and self-assessment of oral health care. Conclusion The oral health care condition of senior citizen in Yanji city is relatively poor, and they lack of self-health care knowledge. Dental doctor should intensify education of oral health care on senior citizen, improve their health level and enhance their awareness and behavior of oral health care.
