综合心理治疗对糖尿病情绪障碍的对照研究

本文将32例原发性糖尿病随机分为研究组（15例）和对照组（17例），两组均接受常规内科治疗，另对研究组患者予综合心理治疗，疗程1个月。用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）分别在治疗前、治疗结束时、6个月随访时进行三次评定。结果显示，研究组在治疗结束、6个月随访结束时SAS、SDS的得分少于对照组（P均＜0．05），提示综合心理治疗对糖尿病情绪障碍有较好的近期、远期疗效．

The Comparison Study of Comphrensive Psychotherapy on Emotional Disturbance of Patients with Diabetes

Thirty -two primary diabetic patients were randomly divided into research group and control group. Both groups accepted medical treatment,be sides, the research group accepted comphrehensive psychotherapy. The course of treatment was one month with SAS and SDS, the emotional disturbance were assessed totally three times-before the treatment,at the end of the treatment and after six months of follow-up respectively. It was found the scores of SAS and SDS in the research group were lower than those in the control group at the end of the treatment and after six months of follow - up (P <0.05). It suggests that comprehensive psycho -therapy has good short -term and long-term ef fect on emotional disturbancce of diabetes.
