我院止血防粘连类医用耗材临床使用现状分析

目的了解止血防粘连类医用耗材临床使用现状,为规范合理使用这两类耗材提供依据和切入点。方法收集两个院区2018年1~12月止血防粘连类医用耗材使用数据,分析对应病例的两类耗材使用情况,进一步找出品种联用情况、重点使用品种、手术组和科室使用分布情况。结果医院在用止血防粘连类医用耗材共计11个品种,分14个品规。A院区总计6739例患者信息,每次手术使用7、6、5种止血防粘连类医用耗材的患者比例分别为0.03%、1.16%、6.72%;进一步分析使用5种以上耗材的患者主要集中在某几个科室,比例分别为19.89%、19.14%、18.95%、18.57%、13.88%;B院区总计4572例患者信息,每次手术使用6、5、4种止血防粘连类医用耗材的患者比例分别为0.09%、2.71%、14.11%;进一步分析5种以上的患者主要集中在某几个科室,比例分别为27.34%、18.75%、17.19%、14.06%、11.72%。A院区手术防粘连液(赛必妥)每名患者平均用量2.33瓶,使用过该品种的患者数量占比52.28%,B院区可吸收医用膜(粘克80×60×0.04)每名患者平均用量1.15片,使用过该品种的患者数量占比43.55%,两种耗材使用强度最大。还查阅部分典型病例手术记录及耗材使用记录。结论通过分析数据,为出台止血防粘连类医用耗材的使用规范、建立约谈机制及动态调整策略提供了有效数据支持,有利于科学有效地实行常态化管理。

Analysis of Clinical Application Status of Hemostatic and Anti-Adhesion Medical Consumables in Our Hospital

Objective To understand the current situation of the clinical department of hemostasis and anti-adhesion medical consumables,and to provide the basis for the standard and reasonable usage of such consumables.Methods The use data of hemostasis and anti-adhesion medical consumables from January to December 2018 in clinical departments of two Hospital-districts was collected firstly.Then,the usage of these consumables in corresponding cases analyzed.Finally,the combination of varieties,key varieties,operation group and the distribution of clinical department were found out.Results There were 11 types of medical consumables for hemostasis and anti-adhesion in the hospital,and were divided into 14 specifications.A total of 6739 patient information was obtained in district A.The number of patients using 7,6 and 5 kinds of medical consumables for hemostasis and anti-adhesion was 0.03%,1.16%and 6.72%,respectively.Further analysis showed that patients with more than 5 types were mainly concentrated in some departments,with the proportion of 19.89%,19.14%,18.95%,18.57%and 13.88%,respectively.A total of 4572 patient information was obtained in district B.The number of patients using 6,5 and 4 kinds of medical consumables for hemostasis and anti-adhesion was 0.09%,2.71%and 14.11%,respectively.Further analysis showed that patients with more than 5 types were mainly concentrated in some departments,with the proportion of 27.34%,18.75%,17.19%,14.06%and 11.72%,respectively.The average dosage of gel prevention of postsurgical adhesion(Saibituo)was 2.33 bottles per patient in district A,52.28%of the patients had used this kind of consumables,and 1.15 slices of absorbable medical film(Nianke 80×60×0.04)per patient in district B,43.55%of the patients had used this kind of consumables,and the intensity of using the two consumables was the greatest.The operation records and consumption records of typical cases were also reviewed.Conclusion Through the analysis of data,it provides effective data support for the issuance of the application specifications of hemostatic anti-adhesion medical consumables,which is conductive to the scientific and effective implementation of the normal management.
