摘    要:目的深入了解基层医疗机构售后服务现状,为构建新型区域售后服务体系提供数据基础。方法通过专家法设计调研问卷,依托浙江省医疗设备管理质控中心向全省各层级医疗机构发放问卷并回收,统计分析相关数据得到调研结果。结果三级医院具备完整的医疗设备管理方案和流程,二甲及以下医院管理能力稍有欠缺。结论医疗设备是医院开展诊疗工作的重要物质基础,很大程度上决定医疗水平和医疗质量。基层医疗卫生机构医疗设备配置及其售后服务则是基层卫生机构服务能力的重要基础和保障。基层医疗机构目前售后服务还存在不可及、不到位的问题,国产医疗设备企业售后服务成本也居高不下,亟须构建新型区域售后服务体系以有效解决现存问题。

Investigation on Medical Equipment Configuration and Identification of Obstacles in AfterSales Service of Primary Medical Institutions in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:Objective To provide an in-depth understanding of the status quo of after-sales service in primary medical institutions and provide a data foundation for the construction of a new regional after-sales service system. Methods First of all, questionnaire was design through the expert method. Then, the questionnaires were issued and recovered by relying on the Zhejiang medical equipment management quality control center to all levels of medical institutions in the province. Finally, statistical analysis of relevant data was performed to obtain research results. Results The results indicated that tertiary hospitals had complete medical equipment management programs and processes, and the management capabilities of the secondary and lower hospitals were slightly lacking. Conclusion Medical equipment is an important material basis for the hospital to carry out medical treatment, which largely determines the medical level and medical quality. The construction of medical equipment and its after-sales service in primary health care institutions is an important basis and guarantee for the service capacity of grassroots health institutions. At present, the after- sales service of grassroots medical institutions still has problems that are not in place and not in place. The cost of after-sales service of domestic medical equipment enterprises is also high, and it is urgent to construct a new regional after-sales service system to effectively solve existing problems.
