胰岛素笔集中收纳架的研制与临床应用

目的设计一款胰岛素笔集中收纳架,对临床中糖尿病患者的胰岛素笔进行规范管理。方法胰岛素笔集中收纳架主要由床位卡槽、显示器、收纳位、笔卡和指纹识别模块等部分构成。将120例使用胰岛素笔的2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用胰岛素笔集中收纳架管理;对照组用常规保存胰岛素笔的方式。比较两组胰岛素笔拿取、注射正确次数和患者对胰岛素笔管理工作满意度。结果实验组胰岛素笔拿取、注射的正确次数与对照组相比明显提高;实验组患者对胰岛素笔的管理工作满意度为98.3%,与对照组的75%相比明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素笔集中收纳架使用便捷,可减少注射出错率、提高胰岛素笔的安全注射率,提升患者对护理管理工作满意度,值得积极推广应用。

Development and Clinical Application of Centralized Storage Rack for Insulin Pen

Objective To design a centralized storage rack for insulin pens and to standardize the management of insulin pens in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods The centralized storage rack of insulin pen consisted of bed card slot,display,storage position,pen card and fingerprint recognition modules.A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who used insulin pens were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group managed insulin pens using the centralized storage rack,and the control group received conventional insulin pen preservation.The two groups were compared in terms of the correct times of taking insulin pens and injecting insulin pens and the patients’satisfaction with the management of insulin pens.Results Compared with the control group,the correct times of taking and injecting insulin pens in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Patients’satisfaction with insulin pen management in the experimental group was 98.3%,which was significantly improved compared with 75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The centralized storage rack of insulin pen is convenient to use,which can reduce the error rate of injection and improve the safe injection rate of insulin pen and patients’satisfaction with nursing management.It is worth clinical promoting.
