超声刀在手术室内的规范管理和使用

目的探讨如何加强超声刀在手术室内的规范管理和使用,降低科室管理成本,提升超声刀合理、安全使用的综合水平,从而保证患者合法权益和手术的顺利进行。方法通过介绍我院手术室超声刀的日常管理使用现状并结合近年来超声刀不良事件的汇总分析,找到发生超声刀不良事件的主要原因和管理使用上存在的问题。结果超声刀刀头(高值耗材)的管理和使用是超声刀系统管理的重中之重,护理和临床术者的不规范操作是不良事件发生的主要原因。结论加强人员素质培养,完善耗材查对制度,定期反馈相应耗材不良事件分析结果,不断加强智能化、信息化建设,有利于超声刀在手术室内的规范管理和使用。

Standardized Management and Use of Ultrasonic Scalpel in the Operating Room

Objective To discuss how to strengthen the standardized management and use of ultrasonic scalpel in the surgery room,reduce the management cost of the department,improve the comprehensive level of rational and safe use of ultrasonic scalpel,so as to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of patients and the smooth operation.Methods By introducing the current situation of daily management and use of ultrasonic scalpel in the operating room of our hospital and combining with the summary and analysis of adverse events of ultrasonic scalpel in recent years,the main causes of adverse events and problems in management and use of ultrasonic scalpel were found.Results The management and use of ultrasonic knife head(high value consumables)was the most important part in the management of ultrasonic knife system.Conclusion Strengthen personnel quality training,strengthen supervision and quality control in key links,regularly feed back the analysis results of adverse events of consumable materials,and constantly strengthen the construction of informatization are conducive to the standardized management and use of ultrasonic knife in the surgery room.
