摘    要:目的本文旨在自主研发一套满足放疗临床需求的剂量验证系统。方法以MATLAB作为开发平台,设计系统图形化交互界面,开发数据导入、降噪处理、图像配准、Gamma分析等功能。结果系统能够完成辐射显色胶片与计划系统DICOM文件的导入、处理、图像配准及剂量学分析。结论该系统操作简单,运行稳定。作为自主研发的系统,能够自定义感兴趣区域进行分析,为后续数据研究工作提供接口,未来可添加更多的临床实用功能。

Abstract:Objective To develop a dosimetric verification system for radiotherapy to meet the clinical needs.Methods The graphical interactive interface of the system was designed,and multiple functions,such as data import,noise reduction processing,image registration and Gamma analysis,were developed using the development platform of MATLAB.Results The system could achieve the import,processing,image registration and dosimetry analysis of radiographic color film and DICOM file of the planning system.Conclusion This system is simple in operation and stable in running.As an independently developed system,it provides area of interest analysis defined by user and an interface for the research work,and more clinical practical functions can be added in the future.
