摘    要:本文介绍了医科达直线加速器MLCi2型多叶准直器的基本结构,并详细分析了光学结构控制原理。其中,光学优化、叶片驱动电流测试、钨门电位器绘图测试和摄像头寿命判断均是日常维修中较为有效的解决方法。以三个较为经典的故障检查和维修为例,本文为同类多叶准直器的维修提供了借鉴经验。

Abstract:In this paper,the basic structure of MLCi2 multi-leaf collimator for Elekta linear accelerator was introduced,and the principle of optical structure control was analyzed in detail.Importantly,optical optimization,blade driving current test,tungsten gate potentiometer drawing test and camera life judgment mentioned in this paper were all effective solutions in daily maintenance.Taking three more classic fault inspections and repairs as an example,this paper provides lessons for the maintenance of similar multi-leaf collimators.
