| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多药耐药基因（MDR1）在胃癌病人外周血中的表达，并观察与肿瘤组织中多药耐药基因（MDR1）表达的相关性。方法 荧光定量RT-PCR法检测胃癌病人外周血及肿瘤组织中MDR1表达水平。结果 病理证实的初治胃癌病人31例，外周血中MDR1阳性率38．7％，肿瘤组织中MDR1阳性率77．4％．肿瘤组织中MDR1阳性者中50％外周血MDR1阳性，而肿瘤组织中MDR1阴性者中外周血MDR1无阳性表达，二者有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论 外周血中MDR1表达与肿瘤组织中MDR1表达具有一致性，前者可作为后者的补充。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of MDR_1 gene in carcinoma tissue and in peripheral blood.Methods The expression of MDR_1 in carcinoma tissue and in peripheral blood was detected by using Fluorescence-quantity RT-PCR in 31 cases of gastric cancer patients respectively.Results Peripheral blood in 38.7%,in carcinoma tossue 77.44%.The difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The expression of MDR_1 in peripheral blood was related with that in tumor tissue.The peripheral blood MDR_1 expression may be complement of carcinoma tissue's. |
