针刺不同穴位对高脂血症大鼠血脂影响的实验研究

目的　比较不同穴位对大鼠血清脂质成分的影响。方法　以 32只SD大鼠 ,随机分为正常组、模型组、丰隆组、大椎组、非穴组 (大鼠尾部背侧面中点 )。制备高脂血症模型大鼠 ,分别针刺丰隆、大椎、非穴 ,测定血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL c)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL c)。结果　针刺丰隆、大椎、非穴均有明显的降低血清TG、TC、LDL c的作用 ,大椎穴在降低TC方面有相对优势 ,丰隆穴在降低LDL c方面有相对优势 ;丰隆、非穴有升高高脂血症模型大鼠血清HDL c的作用 ,丰隆有相对优势 ;而大椎穴有降低HDL c的作用。结论　针刺不同穴位对血清脂质有普遍的影响作用 ,但不同穴位对血脂各成分的影响趋势有所不同 ,丰隆穴有良性调节血脂的相对特异性

Experimental Study on Effects of Puncturing Different Points on Blood-Lipid in Rats with Hyperlipemia

Objective To compare the effects of puncturing different points on the level of blood lipid in the serum in rats. Methods 32 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, fenglong group, dazhui group and non acupoint group (at the middle point of the dorsal part of the tail). The rat model of hyperlipemia was established for the experiment. Acupuncture was performed at fenglong, dazhui and non acupoint in the model rats, respectively and then, the levels of TC, TG, LDL c and HDL c were measured. Results It was found that puncturing fenglong, dazhui and non acupoint could markedly decrease the levels of TG, TC and LDL c; dazhui had superiority reducing TC, and fenglong had superiority in reducing LDL c. It was also found that fenglong and non acupoint, especially fenglong, could increase the level of HDL c while dazhui could decrease the level of HDL c. Conclusion Although all the pionts punctured have certain effects on the level of blood lipid in serum, different points have different effects on the components of blood lipid. Fenglong has been proven to be virtuous and specific in regulating blood lipid.
