| 摘 要： | 目的观察格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病疗效。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。治疗组采用格列美脲,对照组采用格列喹酮,疗程3个月,观察空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白下降情况。结果两组治疗前后组内比较,以上指标均有变化(P<0.01)。组间治疗后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the contrast,type 2 diabetes different hypoglycemic agents of choice for the fasting blood glucose and HbA1c control of the situation.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups,each of 30 cases.Treatment group glimepiride,the control group Gliquidone,course of 3 months,pay attention to the fasting blood glucose and Hb A1c decline of each group.Results Glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is better than gliquidone,and there is a significant difference（P0.05）Conclusion Glimepiride control of fasting plasma glucose and HbA1c better. |
