张家界地区STD门诊患者支原体培养及药敏分析

目的了解张家界地区支原体培养和药敏情况。方法挑选160例尿道分泌物或宫颈分泌物支原体培养阳性患者，进行8种抗生素的药敏试验。结果160例支原体阳性患者中，解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)分别占82．5％(132例)和48．7％(78例)，Uu对8种抗生素中最敏感的是交沙霉素(87．1％)，其次是罗红霉素(83．3％)，而对Mh最敏感的是交沙霉素(91．0％)，其次是强力霉素(78．2％)。结论对于张家界地区的泌尿生殖道支原体感染，其中Uu感染首选抗生素交沙霉素、罗红霉素和强力霉素，Mh感染首选交沙霉素和强力霉素。

The Survey on Mycoplasma Culture and the Analysis of Drug Susceptibility in Outpatients with STD in Zhangjiajie

Objective To understand the Mycoplasma culture and the analysis of drug susceptibility in outpatients with STD in Zhangjiajie. Methods Mycoplasma culture and the susceptibility of Mycoplasma to eight kinds of antimicrobial agents were performed in samples of 160 positive cases. Results Among the 160 samples,the positive rate of Uu and Mh infection were 82.5% (132/160) and 48.7%(78/160) repectively. The highest susceptibility rate of Uu to eight kinds of antimicrobial agents was Josamycin (87.1%), the second was Roxithromycin (83.3%). The highest susceptibility rate of Mh was Josamycin (91.0%), the second was Doxycycline (78.2%). Conclusions For the urogenital tract infection of Mycoplasma in Zhangjiajie, Josamycin or Roxithromycin was the first choice in treatment of Uu infection, and Josamycin or Doxycycline was the first choice in treatment of Mh infection.
