复合型髋臼骨折24例的外科治疗

目的：探讨复合型髋臼骨折的治疗效果。方法：本组24例骨折按Judet-Letournel分类法分类。非手术治疗9例，手术治疗15例。结果：平均随访3年，9例非手术治疗骨折均复位不满意，3例良，2例中，4例差，手术治疗15例，8例解剖复位，疗效优；5例复位满意，4例优，1例良；2例陈旧性骨折复位不满意，疗效差。结论：手术可有效复位此类骨折，恢复髋关节的稳定性和正常的头臼关系。

Surgical treatment of complex acetabulum fracture

Objective:To study the treatment result of complex acetabulum fracture.Methods:Twenty-four cases fracture were identified according to Judet-Letoutnel classification,which were treated nonoperatively(9 cases)and operatively(15 cases).Results:The patients have been followed up for the average of 3 years.Unsatisfactory reduction and results were obtained in all treated nonoperatively,satisfactory results obtained in 13 cases treated operatively.Conclusion:A stable hip joint and the congruence of the head and acetabulum could be reconstructed by effective open reduction and internal fixation,and the further sequelae were reduced.
