| 摘 要： | 文章详述门成福教授运用补肾生精活血方治疗男性不育症经验,分析男性不育症的病因病机,阐述了男性不育症从补肾祛瘀生精法治疗的立论依据,认为男性不育症是与因先天不足或后天失养所造成的肾虚、湿热、痰湿、血瘀等相关。从肾虚血瘀进行辨证治疗,介绍补肾生精活血方的组成、功用、主要适应症并附医案予以分析,总结得出男性不育症凡证属肾虚血瘀者均可使用补肾生精活血方加减治疗。

| Abstract: | in this paper, Professor MenChengfu"s experience in treating male infertility with Bushen Shengjing Huoxue recipe, the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility is analyzed, and the theoretical basis for treatment of male infertility from the method of tonifying kidney, removing blood stasis and invigorating essence is expounded in detail. It is considered that male infertility is caused by deficiency of kidney, dampness and heat, phlegm and blood stasis, which is closely related to liver, spleen and kidney. From the dialectical treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, this paper introduces the composition, function, main indications and medical records of Bushen Shengjing Huoxue recipe, and concludes that all cases of male infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can be treated with Bushen Shengjing Huoxue decoction plus or minus treatment. |
