| 摘 要： | 针对目前三级公立中医医院绩效考核需求，设计了基于B/S模式的三级公立中医医院绩效考核综合管理平台，阐述了平台设计的目的、体系结构、技术架构与关键技术、主要功能模块和平台特点。该平台能够提升中医医院绩效考核数据质量和绩效考核工作效率，可满足中医医院精细化管理的需求。

| Abstract: | The B/S model-based comprehensive management platform for performance appraisal in tertiary public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine was designed according to their current requirements of performance appraisal with its purpose, system structure, technical architecture, key technologies, main functional modules and characteristics elaborated, which showed that the platform can improve the performance appraisal data quality and the performance appraisal efficiency, and meet the requirements of comprehensive management in tertiary public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. |
