透刺针法治愈胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎验案一则※

胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎是由于运动负荷间接或直接作用于骨膜引起的炎症反应。本病的治疗方法较多,虽取得了一定疗效,但疗效尚不稳定,且易复发。本文通过对运用透刺针法结合电针疗法成功治愈本病并取得较好的远期疗效的验案进行分析,旨在探寻更加行之有效的治疗方法。

A Case of Periostitis Treated by Acupuncture Therapy

There are various treatment options for this disease: ultra-multi-wave, hot compress, medicine, massage, cupping, etc. Although a certain effect has been achieved, it is unstable, difficult to heal, and easy to relapse. In this medical case, a case of acute tibia fatigue periostitis was successfully treated with acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.
