脑梗塞患者早期康复护理效果临床观察

脑梗塞是因脑部血管供血、供氧、供养的情况突然中断，并引发一侧上、下肢体，上、下半身或全身无力，呈现麻痹的现象（偏瘫），如不及时治疗和进行康复训练，将使患者造成终身残障。为探讨早期康复护理的临床效果，结合我院实际情况，我们对脑梗塞患者制订了一系列早期康复训练程序，并作了临床应用对比观察。以常规护理作对照（74例），观察组（83例）采用早期康复护理。分别对比患者入院，出院时生活自理能力（包括吃饭、语言、行走及肢体肌力）恢复情况。结果观察组自行持匙进餐（P＜0.01)、语言恢复（P＜0.01)、单独扶拐行走（P＜0.01)、肢体肌力恢复（P＜0.01)，差异显著。因此，我们认为采用早期康复护理训练，能使患者心理状态及运动机能恢复到最大限度，并可充分调动患者的积极性，使其积极参与，能更好地恢复生活自理能力，减轻残障程度，为使其早日回归家庭和社会，提高生活质量打下基础。

Clinic Observation of Early Stage Rehabilitation-nursing for Cerebral Infarction Patients

Definition of Cerebral Infarction: Because of sudden suspension of blood, oxygen or nutrition of cerebral blood vessel, leading to hemiplegia on the upper or lower limbs, half or whole body. Objective: To assess the efficacy of Early Rehabilitation-nursing program (ERNP) for hemiplegic patients suffering acute cerebral infarction. Methods; 157 hemiplegic suffering from acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups.- control group, n = 74, treated with normal nursing; experimental group, n = 83, treated with ERNP. Compared with control group, there are remarkable difference on self-dinner by spoon (P<0. 01) , language restoration (P<0. 01) , self-walk by stick (P<0. 01), muscle force restoration (P< 0.01) in experimental group. On the other hand, it can prevent from some bed-laying syndromes of constipation, bedsore and pneumonia effectively.Conclusion; our results suggested that ERNP might promote psychogenic and motorial rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction.
