| 摘 要： | 目的:研究防茄软膏抗炎、镇痛的药效学.方法:采用二甲苯对小鼠所至耳廓肿胀法,蛋清后跖肿胀法,热板法及大鼠棉球肉芽肿法等进行抗炎、镇痛试验.结果:小鼠耳廓肿胀法与赋形剂组相比, 抗炎差异有显著性(P＜0.05),大鼠后足跖肿胀法与赋形剂组相比,抗炎差异具极显著性(P＜0.01), 大鼠棉球肉芽肿法与赋形剂组相比,差异具极显著性(P＜0.01),热板法镇痛与赋形剂组相比,镇痛效果显著(P＜0.01).结论:防茄软膏具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用,具有深入研究价值.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect of Fangjia ointiment. METHODS Swollen auricle of mice induced by xylene, swollen back-metatarsal rats induced by egg-white, heated plate and tampon granuloma in rats were employed to study the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving of Fangjia ointment. RESULTS The difference of effect between Fangjia ointment group and the control group were extreme significant(P< 0.01) both in swollen back-metatarsal of rats and tampon granuloma tests, while in mice swollen auricle tests and heated plate tests, the difference were also significant(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION The anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects of Fangjia ointment were promising and valuable to be studied further. |
