| 摘 要： | 目的:对两面针的提取工艺进行优选。方法:采用正交设计实验,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间作为优选因素,以两面针中所含的氯化两面针碱提取量和出膏率为定量指标,确定合理的醇提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是:乙醇浓度为70%,加醇量为10.8倍,提取两次,第1次提取60min,第2次提取45min,出膏率及有效成分提取率较高,重现性好。结论:优化得到的提取工艺稳定可行,适合用于两面针镇痛缓释片的制备。
