达宁对癌症疼痛的镇痛效果─—附300例临床观察

用达宁对300例中、重度癌症疼痛的镇痛效果作了观察。结果表明，该药对中、重度癌症疼痛有良好疗效。有效率为95％，显效率为48．7％，平均显效时间19．4分钟，平均缓解时间为5．88小时。对急、慢性癌痛及持续性、间歇性癌痛之间的镇痛疗效均无明显差别，但对中度癌痛、间歇性癌痛的完全缓解率分别达13．7％与28．9％。主要不良反应有恶心呕吐，发生率为5．3％。消化道反应似乎在胃术后患者或女性患者易发生，本药镇痛效果确切，不良反应小，安全性大，是一种较好的口服镇痛剂。

Dalin for the Treatment of Cancer Pain

Three hundred patients with medium to severe cancer Pain were given Dalin. The Pain relief rate (PRR) was 95 %, and the average starting time was after 19 .4 minutes. The everage relief time was 5. 88hours. There was no apparent difference between the analgesic effects of Dalin in treating chronic and acute, continuous and intermittent cancer pain. But the complete response at of medium and severe cancer Pain was 13 .7% and 28. 9% respectively. Gastrointestinal toxicity appeared more frequently in Patients with gastrectomy and in female patients. The analgesic effects of Dalin is significant and safe with few side effecls. It is a good analgesic agent for oral administration.
