| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粉尘螨-壳聚糖疫苗经鼻粘膜免疫治疗过敏性哮喘小鼠肝脏疗效及Bcl-2在肝脏所起的作用。方法用粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae,Der f)提取液致敏、激发BALB/c小鼠,建立哮喘模型。24只BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、哮喘模型组(B组)、粉尘螨治疗组(C组)、粉尘螨-壳聚糖疫苗治疗组(D组)。通过HE染色观察小鼠肝脏炎症变化;用免疫组化检测肝脏巨噬细胞Bcl-2的表达。结果粉尘螨和粉尘螨-壳聚糖疫苗治疗组肝脏炎症病理变化较哮喘模型组明显减轻;哮喘模型组肝脏出现大量巨噬细胞Bcl-2阳性细胞,而两治疗组肝脏阳性细胞较哮喘模型组明显减少。结论粉尘螨-壳聚糖疫苗对过敏性哮喘小鼠的肝脏炎症有治疗作用,效果较粉尘螨免疫治疗组更好,炎症细胞的凋亡在其过程中起到重要作用。
