慢性马兜铃酸肾病的中医证候学研究

目的探讨慢性马兜铃酸肾病的主要中医证候.方法观察44例慢性马兜铃酸肾病患者证候及肾功能情况.结果正虚证中气阴两虚型出现率最高.畏寒肢冷、夜尿清长等反映脾肾阳虚的症状出现频率较高,各占61.36%,在失代偿期肾功能损害尚不严重之时,上述症状即出现且在50.00%以上.邪实证中血瘀证型出现率最高,在失代偿期血瘀型的出现率即远高于同期其他邪实证型,在50.00%以上,并随疾病发展进一步升高.结论慢性马兜铃酸肾病证候特点是:在一般慢性肾功能不全常见的气阴两虚基础上阳虚与血瘀症状出现早而重.

Study on Symptoms and Signs of Chronic Aristolochine Nephropathy

Objective To discuss the main symptoms and signs of chronic aristolochine nephropathy (CAN). Method To observe the symptoms of 44 cases of CAN and their kidney function. Result In syndrome of healthy qi asthenia there was the highest occurrence rate of symptom of deficiency of both qi and yin. The symptoms of aversion to cold and cold limbs, cool and more nocturia reflecting the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang had a higher occurrence rate reached 61.36 % respectively. In decompensated period when the lesion of the kidney function was not serious, above symptoms occurred and reached a rate of 50 %. In the syndrome of sthenia of pathogenic factors the occurrence rate of blood stagnation symptom was the highest and far more higher than that of other symptoms in the same period, reached over 50 %, and would raise as the disease developed. Conclusion CAN has earlier and more serious blood stagnation symptom on the base of the deficiency of both qi and yin which was commonly seen in CAN.
