关节镜下可吸收空心界面螺钉固定四股腘绳肌腱重建后交叉韧带

摘    要:目的探讨关节镜下可吸收空心界面螺钉固定四股腘绳肌腱重建后交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法对18例后交叉韧带断裂的患者,在镜下四股腘绳肌腱重建可吸收空心界面螺钉固定,术后随访7-59个月,平均29个月,观察膝关节功能。结果后抽屉试验术前阳性16例,术后阳性1例;Lachman征术前阳性18例,术后阳性1例;术后Ly-sholm评分(89.5±9.4分)较术前(57.2±7.1分)显著提高(t=2.14,P=0.037)。术后远期复查无关节功能障碍。结论关节镜下可吸收空心界面螺钉固定四股腘绳肌腱重建,材料选择理想,固定方法妥当。

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical effects of posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with grafting of four biceps femoris tendons and biodegradable hollow interface screw under arthroscopy.Methods Eighteen patients with rupture of posterior cruciate ligament were performed with posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with grafting of four biceps femoris tendons and biodegradable hollow interface screw fixation under arthroscopy.Follow-up of 7~59 months,mean 29 months,was conducted and knee joint function was observed.Results Sixteen were preoperative positive and one case was postoperative positive by posterior drawer test Postoperative.Eighteen were preoperative positive and one case was postoperative positive by lysholm knee score.Lysholm knee score of post operation(89.5±9.4) was obviously higher than that preoperation(57.2±7.1,t=2.14,P=0.037).There was no joint functional disturbance by long term reexamination.Conclusion Posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with grafting of four biceps femoris tendons and biodegradable hollow interface screw under arthroscopy relatively simple and reliable for the restoration of knee function.
