定居牧民经济收入现状及制约因素的分析

本文以新疆昌吉州牧民定居带为研究区域,研究牧民经济收入及其制约因素,为牧民同步实现小康目标提供理论依据.研究区域主要分布在天山北坡中段山前平原地带,共有115个牧民定居点.目前,出现了多种定居模式,归纳主要有三种定居模式：初级定居模式,半定居模式和插花定居模式（生态移民）.牧民定居后人均收入明显提高,经济收入来源结构发生变化.不同定居模式牧民经济收入有显著差异,插花定居模式（生态移民）人均收入最高,初级定居模式其次,半定居模式再次分别为：3582元/年、2073元/年和1574元/年.不同定居模式牧民生产条件不同,直接影响到经济收入的提高。

Analysis of the Actuality and Restricting Factors of Economic Income of the Settled Herdsmen

Herdsmen settlement zone in Changji state is selected as the representative area to study the problem.Study on the economic income of herdsmen and its restricting factors to offer the academic base of realizing the Xiao Kang for herdsmen.The area is mainly lain in the plain in front of North Slope in Tianshan Mountain,distributing 115 settlements.There are mainly 3 different settling styles: primary-settlement,half-settlement,insert-settlement(ecology-immigrant).After settled,the average income of the herdsmen has increased evidently,and the structure of income source has changed much.There is a notable difference in herdsmen income among different settling styles.And the average income of herdsmen of insert-settlement(ecology-immigrant) is the highest,that of primary-settlement is secondary and that of half-settlement is the lowest,as follows 3582 yuan per year,2073 yuan per year,and 1574 yuan per year in turn.The producing conditions of the different settling styles are different,and these influence the increase in economic income directly.
