| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC法测定水蛭提取液中总氨基酸和游离氨基酸的含量。采用ODS柱,0.02mol/L醋酸钠溶液（pH7.20）-0.1mol/L醋酸钠溶液（pH7.20）-甲醇-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为338nm和262nm。总氨基酸和游离氨基酸的回收率分别为97.8%和98.3%,RSD分别为1.76%和1.90%。

Determination of Amino Acids in Hirudo Extract by HPLC |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was established for the determination of total amino acids and free amino acids in hirudo extract. An ODS column was used,with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L sodium acetate solution (pH 7.20) -0.1mol/L sodium acetate solution (pH 7.20)-methanol-acetonitrile by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 338nm and 262nm. The recoveries of total amino acids and free amino acids were 97.8% and 98.3%,respectively. The RSDs were 1.76% and 1.90 %,respectively. |
