| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨目前肇庆市人群艾滋病毒感染概况、艾滋病病毒感染方式及今后的防控策略。方法 分析2000～2004年HIV／AIDS常规、哨点监测和专项调查等资料。结果 肇庆市艾滋病病毒的感染方式以吸毒、性传播和医院感染为主，并有从高危人群向一般人群传播的趋势。结论 鉴于目前艾滋病传播趋势的变化，应在加强监测力度，扩大监测范围的基础上，实施以行为干预与卫生知识宣讲相结合的综合治理策略。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the infectious situation, transmission mode and of HIV/AIDS, and the control strategy in the future, Methods The data concerning monitoring of HIV/AIDS were collected and analyzed. Results The main transmission mode drug abuse, sexual behavioi and the hospital infection, The tendency of transmission of HIV/AIDS was spreading from high risk population to general population, Conclusion The work of monitoring of HIV/AIDS be strengthened and integrated measures including behavioral intervention and health education be carried out. |
