非典型流行性出血热的临床分析

本文报道88例非典型出血热,并与83例典型出血热对比。结果表明临床上非典型出血热并非少见。根据它的临床表现不典型出血热可分为4种类型。虽然未发现有诊断价值的特征性临床表现,但是非典型出血热轻型病例显著多于典型组,其病死率低,出血、肾脏损害、低血压休克少见,与斯堪的那维亚轻型出血热相似。检测出血热特异性抗体对避免误诊是有价值的。

A CLINI ANALYSIS OF ATYPICAL EHF

Eighty eight cases of atypical EHF as compared wita 83 cases of classical EHF are reported in this paper.The result showed that this form is not uncommon in the clinic.Atypical EHF could be divided into four types according to its clinical picture.There are no characteristic symptoms for diagnosis. However, the mild cases of atypical EHF are more often seen than the classical , having a lower mortality, light hemorragic manifestion, mild renal involvement and rare hypotension.The reported cases here are similar to Scandinavia mild hemorragic fever.To determine specific antibody of EHF will be valuable to avoid mistaken diagnosis.
