体检时间分布规律对体检管理工作的启示

目的 探讨体检时间分布特点及规律，为加强体检科的管理提供科学依据。方法 采集体检时间数据，利用圆形分布技术进行分析。结果 2004年共体检151962人次，体检时间的月高峰日为3月31日，月高峰期为1月底至5月中旬；周高峰日为周二，周高峰期为周一至周四，均有显著性统计学意义。结论 管理者应根据体检时间分布规律，合理调配人力、物力资源，妥善安排体检流程，做好科室间的合作与协调，以提供优质的体检服务。

The Time Distribution Regularity of Physical Examination and Its Requirement for Management

Objective To explore the characteristic and regularity oi time distribution of physical examination to provide evidence for strengthening the management of Physical Examination Department. Methods Data of physical examination time were collected and analyzed by the technique of circular distribution. Results 151 962 cases received physical examination in 2004. The peak time of physical examination was from the end of January to the middle of May, and the highest point was at the March 31st. The peak time in a week was from Monday to Thursday, and the highest point was on Tuesday. There was statistic significance in time distribution. Conclusion According to the distribution regularity of physical examination time,we need improve the arrangement of manpower and materials resource more effectively,develop appropriate physical examination procedure, and adjust the cooperation with other departments in order to provide higher-level service on physical examination.
