急诊危重患者酸碱平衡紊乱的研究

摘    要:目的探讨急诊危重患者酸碱平衡紊乱的类型及临床意义。方法对96例急诊危重患者进行血气分析与电解质测定,分析各种疾病出现酸碱平衡紊乱的不同类型,根据患者最后的治疗情况分为生存组与死亡组并分析两组间的血气分析结果。结果96例患者中出现酸碱平衡紊乱者89例(92.71%),其中存在一种酸碱平衡紊乱者58例(65.17%),双重酸碱平衡紊乱者30例(33.71%),三重酸碱平衡紊乱者1例(1.12%)。生存组血气分析结果为pH(7.36±0.08)、PO2(74±8.3mmHg)、PCO2(42±6.9mmHg),死亡组血气分析结果为pH(7.21±0.42)、PO2(48±5.7mmHg)、PCO2(65±10.4mmHg),两组间各项目差异均有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论及时发现与正确处理酸碱平衡紊乱,对提高急诊危重患者的抢救成功率有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective Discussion emergency medical treatment seriously injured patient acid-base balance disturbances type and clinical significance. Methods Carries on the blood gas analysis and the electrolyte determination to 96 example emergency medical treatment seriously injured patient,Analyzes each kind of disease to have the acid-base balance disturbances the different type,Divides into the survival group and the death group according to the patient final treatment situation and analyzes two group of the blood gas analysis results. Results In 96 example patients presents the acid-base balance disturbances 89 examples (92.71%),And has one kind of acid-base balance disturbances 58 examples(65.17%),Dual acid-base balance disturbances 30 examples (33.71%),Tertiary acid-base balance disturbances 1 example (1.12%). The survival group blood gas analysis result is PH(7.36±0.08),PO2(74±8.3mmHg),PCO2 (42± 6.9mmHg),The death group blood gas analysis result is pH (7.21±0.42),PO2(48±5.7mmHg),PCO2(65±10.4mmHg),Two group of various projects differences have statistics significance (p 0.05). Conclusions Prompt discovery and correct processing acid-base balance disturbances,To raises the emergency medical treatment seriously injured patient's rescue success ratio to have the vital clinical significance.
