| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨克林霉素致不良反应发生的一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对四川省药品不良反应监测中心数据库2002年～2006年8月收集的克林霉素致217例不良反应报告进行分类统计、分析。结果:不良反应涉及8种系统及性质类型,位居前3位的分别是皮肤及其附件损害、泌尿系统损害及过敏性休克;导致因素包括克林霉素化学性质、制剂过程及不合理用药等。结论:应从多方面对其加以监测,以避免克林霉素不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the adverse reactions(ADRs)induced by clindamycin so as to provide guidance for clinical rational use of this medicine.METHODS:Data regarding clindamycin-induced ADRs in the database of Sichuan ADR monitoring center collected from 2002 to Aug.2006 were classified and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:ADRs were seen in8organs/systems,dominating the first 3 places were damages of skin and its appendages,urinary system and allergic shock,which were caused by factors including the chemical property,the preparation process,non-rational use of clindamycin etc.CONCLUSION:The use of clindamycin should be monitored from different levels so as to avoid ADRs. |
