| 摘 要： | 目的了解横岗镇幼儿园儿童家长对伤害的认知情况，为制订伤害干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法，问卷调查了横岗镇20所幼儿园儿童家长。结果95.3％的人听说过伤害；担心发生伤害的主要类型是交通伤害（90．2％）、烧烫伤（40．0％）、溺水（32．5％）；希望获取伤害预防知识的主要途径为电视（74．8％）、学校（60．1％）、报纸（48．4％）；85．3％的人认为预防伤害的主要措施是大力宣传伤害预防知识。结论应大力开展伤害预防教育。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the injury knowledge and attitude of kindergarten children＇s parents in Henggang Town of Shen- zhen City. To provide guidelines for prevention and control of injury. METHODS Using a cluster sampling method, a questionnaire was used to collect the information through inquiring kindergarten children＇s parents. RESULTS The parents who had heard of injury were 93.5%.The three kinds of injury that the parents worried about were traffic injuries （90.2%）, burn and scald （40.0%） and drowning （32.5%）. The major ways that the parents hope to obtain injury prevention knowledge were through TV（74.8%）, schools（60.1%） and newspapers（48.4%）. 85.3% parents believed the main measure of injury prevention was to propagate injury prevention knowledge. CONCLUSION It was necessary to strengthen the parents＇ injury prevention education. |
