| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膝关节髌上滑膜皱襞的关节镜下分型及其临床意义。方法:回顾分析1989年12月至2006年8月对752例膝关节镜检所见髌上滑膜皱襞的镜下形态并分型。结果:髌上滑膜皱襞的出现率为98.3%(739例),其中完全隔膜型5.81%(43例),双囊型0.41%(3例),中孔型3.78%(28例),双襞型34.24%(253例),单襞型55.75%(412例)。结论:髌上滑膜皱襞的关节镜下分型有助于确诊及治疗滑膜皱襞综合征。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To discuss the classification and clinic significance of suprapatellar plica under arthroscopy. Methods:A retrospective survey was performed in 752 cases with suprapatellar plicas under arthroscopy from December 1989 to August 2006. Results:The occurrence rate of suprapatellar plica was about 98.3%(752 cases), with the type of complete septum about 5.81%(43 cases), double bursea 0.41%(3 cases), porta 3.78%(28 cases), double plica 34.24%(253 cases) and simplex plica 55.75%(412 cases). Conclusions:The classification of suprapatellar plica under arthroscopy was beneficial to diagnose and cure suprapatellar plica syndrome. |
