严重高钙血症发生机制及救治

Calcium is an essential element for the formation of bone,hormone release,muscle con-traction and nerve conduction. Hypercalcemia is rare in pediatrics. However, hypercalcemia crisis must be treated urgently because it often can lead to cardiac arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, circulatory failure and death consequently. It also causes severe neurological symptoms or progressive renal failure. Clinically,it should be worked out the causes of hypercalcemic crisis as soon as possible so as to treat relevantly. This article de-scribed the tests,etiologies,combined with drugs and surgical treatment to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
