| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨放疗结合动脉灌注化疗在中晚期头颈部肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。 方法 :对 30例中晚期头颈部肿瘤患者进行选择性肿瘤供血动脉插管化疗 ,1周后行放射治疗。观察病变改善情况 ,评价治疗效果。 结果 :30例患者总有效率为 6 3.3% ,其中完全缓解 3例。 结论 :对中、晚期头颈部肿瘤患者行放疗加选择性动脉灌注化疗可明显提高治疗效果

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate clinical value of radiotherapy combing with transarterial chemoembolization in treating advanced tumors of head and neck. Methods: Selective intraarterial infusion chemotherapy was used in 30 patients with advanced tumors of head and neck. After a week, radiotherapy was carried out and the patients were observed to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results: The total response rate was 63.3%. 3 case had complete response. Conclusion: Radiation combined with selective transarterial infusion chemotherapy for the advanced tumors of head and neck can produce effective response |
