| 摘 要： | 本文用放射免疫法对459名正常人、186名孕妇,390例肾脏疾病及其他几种疾病患者进行尿白蛋白(Alb)含量测定。结果表明:正常人和健康孕妇尿Alb 含量均随年龄和孕期增长而升高;急、慢性肾炎等患者尿Alb 含量与正常组比较,有非常显著性差别(P<0.001),这对早期发现肾小球功能受损可提供有益的指标。有些高血压,糖尿病患者虽无肾病临床表现,常规尿蛋白阴性,但尿Alb 含量增高,也提示其肾功能可能受损。SLE 患者尿Alb 含量增高,也说明有并发肾小球功能受损可能。此法优点是快速、准确、取材方便。

| Abstract: | The results of this paper suggest that both normal subjects and health pregnentstend to increasing in the content of urinary albumin with increase of age and pregnantperiods.The urinary albumin contents of patients with acute and chronic glomerulone-hritis were compared with that of normal controls.There was highly significantdifference(P<0.001)in them.In patients with essential hypertention,diabetes mellitusnd SLE etc.There was also significant raising in the urinary ALB,if the renal functionof patients with these diseases were injured.We consider that it is a useful referencevalue for the estimation of renal function,judgement of patients condition and earlierinding of the injury on glomerular function.It has an advantage in that it is reli-able,safe and convenient. |
