Abstract:	Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy with gastroduodenostomy (TLDG), we compared its early surgical outcomes with those of laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy with gastroduodenostomy (LADG).
